Bio

Coming from a family of aviators, Vadim was raised between an aerospace university and an aircraft manufacturing facility, with the hum of jet engines surrounding him since childhood. He holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School. With over 20 years of passion for the aerospace industry, Vadim has immersed himself in every element of the field—from engineering and design to business analytics, marketing, and sales.

His wide-ranging career led him to the dynamic field of business aviation in the late 2000s. Throughout his career, Vadim has represented some of the finest brands, including Hawker-Beechcraft, Gulfstream, and Leonardo, and has facilitated the sale and purchase of dozens of aircraft and helicopters.

Vadim feels fortunate to have worked with top professionals in the industry and strives to perfect his skills with every opportunity and every deal. His dedication to excellence and continuous improvement drives his success as the Managing Director of Pyxis.

Bio

Shiloh joined Pyxis at the start of 2023 as Executive Vice President. In his current role, he leads client management and oversees transactions across all deals involving Pyxis. Before joining the company, Shiloh was the Head of Business Development at Avcon Jet, where he was responsible for Charter Sales and Aircraft Management.

Growing up in Hong Kong with English roots, Shiloh possesses a strong global network and brings an international perspective to every deal he makes. He also holds a Commercial Pilot License and occasionally flies the Citation XLS. His experience as a pilot allows him to combine technical knowledge with sales expertise, ensuring he represents clients in the best possible manner.

Bio

Graduating from a law high school and earning degrees in International Law and Banking from the University of Economics, Alexey began his career in law before transitioning to aviation over 15 years ago. His initial experience in aviation involved representing aircraft owners, gaining expertise in aircraft sales and acquisitions, business jet financing, and management.

He then moved to sales with the Austrian aircraft management company Europ Star, where he developed the company’s presence in the Ukrainian market from scratch to a notable level, managing several aircraft. Following the collapse of Europ Star, Alexey joined DC Aviation and significantly expanded the market in CIS countries.

In 2018, Alexey transitioned to Avcon Jet, where he contributed to a substantial increase in market share through multiple sales. He played a leading role in opening the market in Uzbekistan, establishing Avcon Jet as a key player in the country and a substantial player in Central Asia.

Bio

Christoph Kofler joined Pyxis as the Vice President of Technical Services, bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in aviation maintenance and airworthiness. He holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich and has a strong background in managing and coordinating aircraft maintenance and airworthiness.

Christoph’s career includes key roles at Jetalliance, Avcon Jet AG, Jet 24 GmbH, and International Jet Management GmbH, where he served as Postholder Continuing Airworthiness and Authorized Representative. His expertise covers a wide range of aircraft types, including the Airbus A320 family, Cessna Citation, Dassault Falcon, Gulfstream, and Bombardier Challenger series.

In addition to his professional qualifications, Christoph holds a Private Pilot License and numerous certifications in EASA Part M, Part 21, Part 145, quality management, human factors, and safety management systems. His technical knowledge, combined with his hands-on experience, makes him a pivotal asset in ensuring the highest standards of technical services at Pyxis.

Syed is a dedicated Market Analyst at Pyxis Aero with a strong background in digital marketing. Equipped with an MBA and an M.Sc. in digital marketing, Syed’s passion for aviation runs deep, inspired by family ties to the industry.

As a kid, Syed eagerly spent all his pocket money on joysticks and Microsoft Flight Simulators, fueling a lifelong love for planes. With valuable experience at Meta Inc. and Knipex GmbH, Syed excels in strategic analysis and innovative thinking.

Outside of work, Syed is a travel enthusiast and a certified scuba diver, always ready for the next adventure.
